Bring the family, and some friends. This beautifully appointed home is PERFECT for vacationing with a small group. With 7 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, and 3 gathering areas spread across 4 levels, there are seemingly endless places to gather, find fun, or hide and take a nap. The main living area has 25' ceilings, fireplace, 65" ultra-high def TV, updated kitchen, and tons of glass overlooking absolutely unbelievable views of the Continental Divide, Lake Dillon, Peak 1, and Buffalo Mountain. The family room has a game/puzzle table, and a 55" ultra high def TV. The rec room has a beautiful pool table, 55" TV, even a little Pac-man machine, and kitchenette overlooking the mountains. The home has the most outstanding large entertaining deck with a built-in bar boasting the best views on the property, a propane fire-pit, varied seating for up to 12, and a unique circular staircase descending to lower level patio near the large private Jacuzzi. The upper level is a giant master en-suite with private balcony, soaking tub, steam walk-in shower, and sitting area. There is a second king en-suite on the lowest level. There are 3 other private Queen-bed rooms, and 2 bunk rooms: one with 3 twins (including a trundle), and one with a twin over a full, and a twin trundle. There is also a pack-and-play, and little kids bed for back-up kiddo sleeping arrangements. With a well-stocked kitchen, and highly functional lower level kitchenette, 8 flat-screen TVs in total, Wi-Fi, Cable TV, 2 washers/dryers on floors 1 and 3, a 2-car garage, and ample extra parking, you cannot beat the set-up, amenities, location, or views for the price. The soft touches such as luxury linens, spa-quality soaps and shampoos, embroidered robes in the non-bunk rooms, Belgian pillow chocolates, fully digital direct-home check-in, and a list of available Concierge Services, this home is geared to maximize your vacation experience.
