The kitchen is also stunning, with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar with plenty of counter space. The open-concept design allows for easy entertaining, with a breakfast bar that seats four and a dining table that seats eight. There is additional seating for two more at the sofa table. The private patio off the living area is perfect for enjoying the beautiful Colorado weather and is equipped with outdoor seating.

There are three bedrooms on the third floor and one on the entry level of this home. The primary bedroom is located on the third floor and has a king bed, lots of windows with natural light, modern furniture, a Smart TV and a walk-in closet. The en suite bathroom has a large walk-in shower, double sinks, and quartz countertops. The second bedroom features a king bed with a closet, lots of natural light and mountain views. The third bedroom features a twin XL -over-queen bunk bed with a twin XL trundle and is located right across from the primary bedroom. Furthermore, there is a guest bathroom on the third floor that features a shower/tub combination with a single sink vanity.

On the entry level, you'll find the private laundry, and final guest bedroom with a queen sized bed and private access to the hot tub and private patio.
