This beautiful, newly built, completely upgraded, mountain home features 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths on the main floor plus a spacious upstairs bedroom/loft. A great room with gas fireplace, kitchen with double islands, and large farmhouse table, provide the optimal space for enjoying time with family and friends. Relax on the back patio and admire the incredible views of Sleeping Indian Mountain and breathtaking sunsets only the Rockies can produce. Located on a quiet 5- acre lot 30 mins north of Silverthorne, this home is a great place to experience Colorado.
Access to White water rafting, fishing, hiking, boating, paddle boarding, and ATV/UTV trails are all just minutes away.
Comfortable beds and linens are provided along with a washer and dryer.
