The main level has a half bathroom off the kitchen, and full laundry room with outdoor gear storage. There is a private den on the main level with full size sofa bed and workspace with desk.

The main floor primary bedroom has its own wing offering privacy with a King size bed, large screen TV, and mood enhancing gas fireplace. The en-suite master bathroom has a soaking tub, two person glass rainfall shower, double vanity, and huge walk in closet.

Downstairs are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and family room. The family room is a large private area with large screen TV, plenty of seating, air hockey table, wet bar with refrigerator and library. The private hot tub is located on the secluded deck off the family room where you can soak while admiring the mountain views to the south and the golf course.
