Walk out the front door into the pristine woods of the Arapaho National Forest or Eagles Nest Wilderness area surrounding the unit and providing an awesome mountain getaway. Cross country ski, snowshoe, sled, run, bike, climb, golf, fish, or take a tranquil walk through the nearby woods. The location is perfect to reach one of the five world-class ski resorts (Keystone, Copper, Breckenridge, A-Basin and Loveland) all less than 20 minutes away. Vail and Beaver Creek are 30-45 minutes. Shopping and fine dining are available just minutes away, and a bus stop is located right outside the complex which provides access to the free bus service for all of Summit County (including the ski resorts).

Our 3 Bedroom (+ bonus room), 3 Full Bath condo is nestled adjacent to the Arapaho National Forest and centrally located above Silverthorne, Colorado. Step onto the private back deck and enjoy amazing, unobstructed views of the Ten Mile Range, Lake Dillon, the Continental Divide and the entire Dillon Valley. Our condo is the end unit located on the third floor (top floor) and provides a quiet, tranquil setting. The unit includes a master bedroom, bunk room, loft, bonus room, and vaulted ceilings that let in that beautiful Colorado sunshine. Master Bedroom (Queen) has its own bath. Second bedroom (bunk room) is full/twin bunk with adjacent bathroom. Loft Bedroom (Queen) is upstairs with lots of extra space and private bath. The fourth sleeping option (Full) is in the bonus room in the loft. Large LCD TV in living room with cable and WiFi included. The clubhouse features an indoor swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, and game room with pool table, foosball, and more. This condo is amazing for families and friends and we would love to share it with you.
Note: Summit County Short-term Rental regulations allow eight people in this unit. However, the dining and living rooms are best suited for a maximum of six guests. The "extra" beds provide flexibility for sleeping arrangements for families.
