The living room opens onto the spacious private deck, complete with a hot tub, where you can relax and take in the incredible mountain views. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare meals, including cookware, tableware, and stainless steel appliances. There is seating for four at the breakfast bar and six at the dining table. A half-bath and a laundry/mud room with a full washer/dryer are also located on this level. An initial supply of laundry detergent is provided for your convenience. The private 2-car garage is just beyond the laundry room.

Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary bedroom is located at the end of the hallway and features a queen bed, Smart TV, walk-in closet, armchair, dresser, and an en suite bathroom with a two-sink vanity, a stand-alone shower, and a jetted bathtub. The two guest bedrooms are located at the top of the stairs. The first guest bedroom offers a queen bed and a Smart TV, and the second guest bedroom has a flatscreen TV and a daybed with a trundle. The full guest bathroom is located in the hallway and has a shower/tub combination. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.
