The Space:
Upon arrival to this gorgeous multi-level home, you will see a set of steps that will lead you to the main floor that features the family room, kitchen, dining area, and a wraparound balcony with forest views.

Unwind in the family room with a comfortable sofa and armchair seating for 5 people. Turn on the indoor gas fireplace and warm yourself up while watching your favorite show on the flat-screen TV. Cook a delicious homemade meal in our fully-equipped kitchen and share your adventure stories in our dining area that has seating for 8. There are 4 additional stools by the kitchen bar should you need additional seating. You will also have access to a half bathroom on the main floor.

Through the family room, you will have access to the large outdoor patio with a table and seating for 6. Make the most of your time together and host an afternoon cookout with the outdoor gas grill while basking in the sun and enjoying the fresh Colorado mountain air.

As you head upstairs, we invite you to relax in the lofted living space with a comfortable couch that overlooks the main floor of the home. The master bedroom is up a small set of stairs and boasts a comfortable king-size bed, a spacious walk-in closet, a flat-screen TV, a work desk, and an en suite bathroom with a jetted tub and walk-in shower.

On the lower level of the house, you will see the second bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and ample closet space. The third bedroom on this floor has a queen over queen bunk bed with access to the outdoor hot tub, where you can relax and gaze at the stars after a day of endless adventures. There is a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo and a washer & dryer on the lower level of the house for your convenience.

Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the entire home, outdoor patio, and the private hot tub. You will also have access to 2 parking spots in the garage and an additional 2 cars in the shared lot.

The Neighborhood:
This area of Silverthorne features many beautiful hiking and biking trails, such as the Blue River Trail that you can enjoy year-round. Don't forget to visit the Sapphire Point Overlook located on the other side of Dillon Reservoir, and take in the gorgeous views. Silverthorne is the perfect place to experience endless mountain adventures, as well as shopping, golfing, fishing, and dining experiences.

Getting Around:
Silverthorne offers the Summit Stage Free bus that will give you access to Keystone, Frisco, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, and the surrounding areas. Silverthorne downtown is a quick 20-minute bus ride with the Lowes Silverthorne bus stop on the Wildernest Loop an 8-minute walk from the condo. Uber/Lyft are always available.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that, like most homes in Breckenridge, this home does not have A/C.

Please note that the tub is serviced between guests. Sometimes the tub is just chemically treated, but sometimes it has to be drained and refilled. Because of this, please note that the tub may be cold on your arrival and may not be hot on the first night of your stay. As such, if you wish to use it, please ensure you turn it on and turn up the temperature when you arrive. Be sure to keep the cover closed at all times when the tub is not in use!

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.
