Your stay will be in a beautifully finished 1100sq ft contemporary 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo, which includes 4 plush beds (king, queen, elevated queen, and a full-sized Murphy bed), comfortably sleeping 6. Please note that our home is brand new but there is additional construction behind and to the east of us. Landscaping in front of the condo is in the planning phase but not completed.

Store your car, skis and outdoor equipment in the adjacent heated garage, which includes your own level 2 EV charger. No stairs required to enter.

This is an individually owned unit. It is our second home and we take great pride in it. We are not a management company and we run this as a family business to help us afford our dream home. Our goal is for your vacation to be comfortable and easy. We outfitted our home with high-quality mattresses, bedding and furnishings. We believe you’ll experience ease of access and convenience, not only with services and amenities in the surrounding city, but within the unit itself and hope to make your vacation stress-free and enjoyable as possible.

When checking out: please leave beds unmade, start the dishwasher, take trash to dumpster at the south end of parking lot and lock the door when you leave.

Located in Silverthorne, this vacation home is in the mountains and on a river. Keystone Ski Resort and Copper Mountain Ski Resort are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Main Street. Rainbow Park and The Colorado Angler are also worth visiting. Enjoy the area's slopes with cross-country skiing and snowboarding, and don't miss out on the sledding and ice skating.
