You’ll have full access to whole 1st floor and all the shared living spaces on the main floor, including the kitchen, dining area, living room, and more. The lower level is a separate unit occupied by long-term tenants; access to that area is restricted, and the door to the lower floor remains securely locked, ensuring your privacy and peace of mind.
Guests are welcome to park in the garage for added convenience.
