This home is part of a duplex and shares one wall and the semi-private heated pool with the neighboring unit. You will have exclusive access to the left side of the first-floor garage and the entire second floor of the property. Starter packs of kitchen and toiletry essentials provided for a seamless first couple of nights. Free high-speed WiFi is included. The pool is heated from November 15th to April 15th. While the heater works to maintain comfortable temperatures, performance can vary during colder weather. This home has stairs. If any guest has difficulty with stairs, please contact us for alternative accommodations.
