Above, the sky is visible through the open roof directly over the pool, while a grand archway leads to the outdoor infinity-edge portion of the pool and the expansive patio beyond.

Included with your stay is a six-passenger street-legal golf cart, making it easy to visit Siesta Key Village, world-famous Siesta Key Beach, local restaurants, shopping, and nearby attractions.
Spend the morning at the beach, enjoy lunch in the Village, then return to your private waterfront resort estate for an afternoon by the pool, a paddle on the bay, or an evening gathered with family and friends.

Occupancy & Important Information
Casa Flamingo comfortably accommodates up to 14 overnight guests.
Per City of Sarasota regulations, occupancy is limited to a maximum of 10 guests age 7 and older. Additional guests, up to the 14-person maximum, must be children age 6 or younger.
Events and special gatherings require prior approval and may be subject to additional fees.
A signed liability waiver is required for use of the recreational equipment provided on the property, including pedal kayaks and paddle boards. Guests wishing to bring a boat and utilize the private dock must also receive prior approval and complete the required liability waiver.
