This spacious large ground floor corner unit is just steps away from the pool, hot-tub, fishing pier and poolside BBQ's. One of the few units with an incredible direct view of the bay and pool. Voted the #1 beach in the USA, Crescent Beach, with it's beautiful quartz sand which looks and feels like powdered sugar, is just a short walk through the Palm Bay Resort. Beach lounge chairs and umbrellas are provided for you at the beach.
This condo easily sleeps 6 with a king size bed in the master bedroom, two double beds in the second bedroom, and a queen size pull-out couch.
Fully furnished kitchen with all new appliances. Free wireless internet, 42" TV in the living room and a 32" TV in the master bedroom. Puzzles, board games and books are provided in the unit. Nicely decorated with a coastal theme, this condo is perfect for a beach vacation!

Condos are only allowed one parking space. Parking passes must be picked up at the front office upon arrival. The Palm Bay Club does not issue visitor parking passes during Spring Break and Holiday weeks.
Siesta Key is home to this condo. St. Armands Circle and Mall at University Town Center are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Siesta Key Beach and Crescent Beach. Mote Marine Laboratory & Aquarium and St. Boniface Episcopal Church Labyrinth are also worth visiting.
