Lake houses offer a generous bi-level layout that includes separate dining and living rooms spaces. The eat-in kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishware, flatware, and has full-sized appliances including a dishwasher, microwave and washer and dryer for your convenience. Off the large living room there is a balcony overlooking the Lake. The master bedroom suite also opens onto a balcony and has an en-suite bathroom with closets and dressing area. The second bedroom has an adjacent full second bathroom. Each Lake House offers central A/C, ample closet and storage space, cable TV in each bedroom and garage parking for one car. The development includes a private pool, covered pavilion area with a BBQ, a picnic area and tennis courts.
Located in Siesta Key, this vacation home is by the sea. St. Armands Circle and Mall at University Town Center are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Siesta Key Beach and Crescent Beach. Mote Marine Laboratory & Aquarium and St. Boniface Episcopal Church Labyrinth are also worth visiting. With jet skiing, kayaking, and parasailing nearby, you'll find plenty of adventures in the water.
