Important things to note:
- This property is stairs only; all guests must have the ability to use stairs.
- We only guarantee 1 parking space per rental unit. There is no garage parking.
- Check-in is located at our office off site of the property. The address will be shared with check-in instructions.
- Security Authorization Hold taken upon check-in: $1,000. This hold is released upon inspection of unit after check-out or charged up to but not limited by the full authorized amount for damages/miss items.
- To book a beachside managed Property Between February 1st and April 15th, the booker must be 27 years old or older and be present for the entire duration of the stay. Outside of this time frame, the standard minimum age for this property applies.

Located on the beach, this vacation home is in Siesta Key Village, a neighborhood in Siesta Key. Mote Marine Laboratory & Aquarium and St. Boniface Episcopal Church Labyrinth are also worth visiting.
