Located in the centre of the high rise on the 7th floor, the views from the lanai are directly to the garden, pool, the private beach and cabanas and then out to the Gulf of Mexico. The view encompasses the full arc of Crescent beach from "Point of rocks" in the South to beyond the public beach in the North. On the lanai, choose between bar stools/table, swivel loungers or a rattan loveseat for your sunset watching and dolphin spotting.
The lanai is fully enclosed, but the windows slide right back, so for those who wish, you can listen to the sound of the waves.

Fully refurbished with floor to ceiling glass doors between the lanai and the rest of the condo so that you can appreciate those glorious gulf views the minute you open the front door, in the master bedroom, the sitting area and the kitchen. There is a brand new fridge freezer with in-door ice and filtered water dispenser. The kitchen is well equipped for cooks, and there is a three-seater kitchen bar. For coffee experts, there is a choice of a Keurig capsule machine, a "Mr Coffee" and a French press.

The dining area has a carved mahogany based glass table beneath a ceiling mounted chandelier and can seat up to 6. In the sitting area a Tommy Bahama lazy boy and long L shaped sofa provide comfortable seating. TV and DVD is available in the sitting area and both bedrooms. There are over 200 channels available and also the option to watch "youtube/Netflix/Prime" etc on the TV through Amazon firestick. The condo has its own private password protected superfast broadband (100MB/s) and there is a desk and chair on the lanai. Land line phones have free long distance calling in the United States and Canada. The reserved carport for 704 is just a few steps from the south lobby and elevator.
