1 Br Private Vacation Home Vacation Rental In Sierra Vista, Arizona

Welcome to Mi Casa! Here you’ll be able to enjoy the privacy of my entire home to yourselves. (The only Exceptions are the Master bedroom and the garage which will stay locked.)

Your Bedroom has a Queen size bed & frame with storage drawers underneath. There will be extra pillows and linens for your use.

Your Living room has a large comfy wrap around sectional couch, plenty enough for yourself & significant other, or children. I challenge you to try not to pass out. :) haha There is a 75” smart television mounted on the wall. It can hook up to most all apps for you to watch your favorite shows on with a sound bar. There is also a PS4 upon request. (Very Limited Games)

The Dining room has a 6 person table with views to the t.v. in the living room with access to the back patio.

The Patio is covered and well lit up to hangout, relax, and watch the sunset. You can also watch for the many varieties of birds Arizona has to offer and stargaze In our beautiful clear skies. One of my favorite areas of the house! On the patio there is a smoker, gas grill, charcoal grill, and a flat top griddle you’re also more than welcome to use. There is also a dart board with darts and some corn hole boards. Side of the house has a gated RV parking area. The back yard is wide open and is enclosed with a 6’ privacy wall.

Your Kitchen has a gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, full fridge & freezer. Fully loaded with pots and pans, utensils, and cutlery for your cooking needs. Coffee bar with cream and sugar. There is a Big pantry for dry storage. Cleaning supplies under the sink. There are condiments, flour, sugar, spices, oils, that can be provided.

The Laundry room has a well working washer, dryer and detergent.

Your Bathroom has a full bathtub and shower, towels and plenty of extra towels under the sink. There will be hand soap and various complimentary toiletries. Blow drier in the drawer.

There are some exterior cameras for your safety and my own since I’m away so often. There is a Ring Doorbell, Camera over the front driveway and a floodlight camera over the back yard. (Mainly for wildlife purposes) we have some beautiful birds that come to our beautiful Arizona.

Some things to know about the area…

Canyon Vista Hospital is about 5 minutes away for any emergencies or if you’re traveling for work.

You’ll be close to some nice restaurants:
Applebees, Texas Road House, Tandem, Hibachi Grill, Vinnies Pizza are all within walking distance. (A mile or so)

Other Stores: Safeway, Fry’s, Food City
Walmart & Target

Planet Fitness, Summit Fitness, Buena Health

There are 2 golf courses in our area Pueblo Del Sol Country Club &
Mountain View Golf Course.

Historical Tombstone & Bisbee are within a 30 minute drive or so.

Sierra Vista is home to this vacation home. Tombstone Historic District and Brown's Canyon Ranch are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Cinemark Sierra Vista 10 and Silver Strike Winery. Henry F. Hauser Museum and Beatty's Miller Canyon Apiary & Orchard are also worth visiting.
