This renovated cottage in Sconset is a tru gem!. A mixture of Sconset charm with updated amenities makes this a rental you will cherish!. A minute walk to the Sconset Market and on the Bluff Walk, this beach this property has a straight path to the Sconset Beach. This cottage has a long dining table that seats 12 and a cozy game room that seats 8 where you can spend late nights playing games. The Chanticleer and Summer House are right down the street. There are 5 bikes at the cottage and a front porch with 3 rocking chairs and back porch with cafe table and 2 chairs.

First Floor:
The first floor has a living area that seats 9 comfortably. Walk into a porch that has an incredible garden and ocean view and round game table. The living area flows into the bar which seats 4 people. When the door is open you have a lovely ocean breeze. The cottage has a galley kitchen which has been fully updated. There is a half bath with off the kitchen and 2 wall AC units in the living area.

Second Floor:
The second floor has 5 fresh bedrooms with two twin beds that can be converted into California Kings. There is a second master on the second floor that offers ocean views and a sitting room with a large open folding window with an ocean view. Washer and Dryer are located on the second floor along with 2 full baths at the end of the halls, not connected to bedrooms.

Third Floor: A Master Bedroom with a king bed and ocean view and long window bench. Fully renovated full size bath with tub.

Nantucket is home to this vacation home. Nantucket Shipwreck and Lifesaving Museum and Nantucket Lightship Basket Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Theatre Workshop of Nantucket and Vestal St Observatory. Dreamland Film and Performing Arts Center and White Heron Theatre are also worth visiting.
