Six bedrooms each have a private ensuite bathroom (3 King, 3 Queen, 3 Double) plus 2 guest half-baths. The main level — three bedrooms, the great room, dining area and full kitchen — is all on one floor with no stairs, ideal for grandparents and guests with limited mobility. Downstairs you'll find three more bedrooms and a games room with a bar, pool table, second TV and a library of 50+ movies.

Stay comfortable in every season with central air-conditioning and radiant underfloor heat, a wood-burning fireplace, two refrigerators, dishwasher, and Starlink high-speed Wi-Fi. Outside, two wrap-around covered decks and a 20x20 fire-pit area with a gas grill look out over the forest.

2) WiFi Internet is supplied via Satellite. Due to the remote nature of the lodge, neither FIOS nor Cable is available. Satellite internet is influenced by adverse weather conditions such as snow, rain and wind.

3) As the property is remote and both a working farm and recreational land, perimeter surveillance devices are used for property protection and safety. There are surveillance devices on the right front and right back of the Barn that captures the driveway, parking area, Barn surroundings and fire-pit. There are surveillance devices on the east and west side of the agricultural plots that captures the plots and plot roads.

Located in Shippenville, this lodge is in a rural area and in the mountains. Hart Chapel Theatre and Marwick-Boyd Fine Arts Center are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Lost in the Wilds Brewing and Clarion Oaks. Traveling with kids?
