• The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
• Strip any used beds and gather used towels
• Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
• Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
• Wash & dry all kitchen utensils, plates, glasses, pans, coffee pot that are used and return to cabinets & drawers. put all used towels in blue bag from hall closet & leave bag on the bathroom floor.
• Leave used beds unmade. remove all leftover food, drinks, personal items. put all furniture, games, books & movies back where they were found. take all trash out to trash can located on the driveway.
• Shut off heaters, coffee pot, oven and all lights. close and lock all windows and shut the shades. lock both back and front doors and return key to the lock box.
