The neighborhood is conveniently located near Austin College, I-75 and Downtown Sherman. You'll see homes owned by original owners, in progress of rejuvenation and recently renewed- no cookie cutter here! Many trees line the streets and the neighbors are friendly!
Getting Around:

You'll need a car to get around in Sherman, but the Austin College campus is only a 2 block walk.
Interaction with Guests:
