This "treehouse" chalet stays cool, rarely requiring fans. Renters have private entrance to entire upper floor, balcony, deck, and woods. Owners in lower level but mostly travel.
The space
High ceilings and tall trees keep rooms cool all summer. Airy bedrooms, open floor space with large living room, stone fireplace, dining room with sliding doors onto deck, and country kitchen. Plenty of closet space. Balcony provides outdoor dining and comfortable reclining. Large private deck facing wooded hill is great for BBQs.

Guests access the entire upper level via a private upper driveway. They enjoy a wraparound deck, wooded hill, capacious balcony with sunset view.

Guests climb four short steps from driveway onto deck and main entrance.
