Welcome to Running Wild, a comfortable four-bedroom, two-bathroom lovely ranch-style home on the banks of picturesque Little Goose Creek. This comfortable getaway is designed for comfort and relaxation, making it the ideal choice for families, friends, or groups seeking a memorable escape. The owner occasionally lives on site in the upstairs unit, but travels throughout the majority of the summer. You may get a chance to meet Rod when he comes by to maintain the lawn and check on his garden, but more than likely you will have the place to yourselves.

Located just a stone's throw from historic downtown Sheridan, Running Wild offers easy access to a variety of shopping, excellent restaurants, art galleries and bookstores. Stroll over to Kendrick Park where you can enjoy walking paths, picnic areas, and an amazing water park (under construction now, but the YMCA indoor water park is just a block further for enjoyment until completion) and ice cream stand—perfect for a fun-filled afternoon!
You'll have the entire house which can be accessed from either the up or downstairs private front or side entries using a key stored in a lockbox. A lockbox is located opposite the upstairs front door and next to the downstairs side entrance which will deliver you to the laundry area off the spacious kitchen. Or the front entry will take you right into the upstairs living room. The keys are not interchangeable.

Two bedrooms with queen beds and a bathroom are located on the main upper level which sleeps four. Each space has a full kitchen, laundry and living area (downstairs does not have a dishwasher). Both have their own private front and back entrances and their is an internal locking door separating the upstairs from the downstairs which can be left open.

The downstairs apartment has a private front and side entrance, shared access to the gorgeous backyard, plus two private bedrooms, one-bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen and private laundry and high-end exercise equipment including a treadmill, rowing machine, and light hand weights. The space sleeps six on two queen beds and a full-size sofa bed. The entire home can sleep ten.

There are parking spots available in front of the garage as well as on the street on either side. Take the sidewalk across the bridge and turn right on Griffith.
