The space:
Living room with sleeper sofa, dining room with space for 8 plus three at the bar leading to the kitchen, two bedrooms with king beds on main floor, as well as two full bathrooms, and a laundry room with washer and dryer available for guests, upstairs loft has two twin bunkbeds, a queen bed, and a full bathroom.

Guest access:
Guests have access to the whole house, except for the basement, supply closet and garage. The driveway and parking area behind the house can easily fit 4-5 vehicles.
