This essential lake house sits right on the lake front on what is referenced as the gold coast of Gun Lake due to its perfectly golden sandy bottom beaches and expansive views with the cleanest freshest water on the lake in part to the springs. With no road to cross to the lake and no busy road in your back yard you can sit back and enjoy all the lake has to offer in peace. The master bedroom features and king size adjustable bed on the main floor, the 2nd bedroom on main floor features a queen adjustable bed, the lakeside upstairs bedroom with incredible views has a queen adjustable bed and the other bedroom upstairs is over sized with large walk in closet and has two queen adjustable beds. The living area sits lakeside with wonderful views has a great sectional couch, two swivel chairs to enjoy coffee by morning and cocktails by night, as well as a 75" tv. The dining and kitchen area are host to brand new appliances complete with dishwasher and a beverage fridge. The large dining table seats 6-7 and the kitchen island accommodates four barstools. Al the kitchen essentials you would need from crockpot, to blender, to serving dishes you will be set. Washer and dryer on site as well for your convenience. Parking is directly in the back yard and has room for up to 5 cars to park. Less than a mile to the famous Bay Pointe Inn Resort and Restaurant.
