The detached game room and guest house provide extra space for those large family gatherings. The guest house includes built in bed cubbies, a full kitchen and bathroom, and a mini split system to keep the temperature just right. The main home's kitchen has been recently remodeled and features a large open counter, perfect to enjoy the company of all while prepping meals!

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises.

The main house does not have AC.
The game room and guest house are detached from the main house.
Fires are not allowed on the property at any time.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
