This cozy, split-level home is nestled on the Sierra National Forest's west side just one mile from restaurants and three miles from beautiful Shaver Lake where you can boat, fish, and enjoy the scenery. Huntington Lake is 18 miles to the north for more water-based activities, and China Peak Mountain Resort is 20 miles to the north for plenty of winter fun.

The spacious living area has high ceilings and offers ample seating for movie nights around the large flatscreen TV, which has a DVD player. There's also a warming fireplace to keep you toasty, free WiFi to keep you connected, and a stereo for background music. The large kitchen features a center island and loads of counter space so you can spread out and impress your guests with tasty fare. The grill provides another option for meal prep, and the washer/dryer will allow you all to pack light. And the two-tiered deck is the perfect spot to kick back and enjoy the lovely wooded view.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
