• The Pool Level: Relax in your private indoor heated pool year-round, framed by expansive windows with lake views. After a swim, soak in the hot tub on the lower patio.
• Entertainment Central: The cabin features arcade classics, a karaoke machine, pool table, one-of-a-kind large wooden maze, books and a massive selection of board games for epic family tournaments.
• Fully Stocked Kitchen: Prepare feasts in a fully equipped kitchen or head to the patio for the Blackstone and Weber gas grill experience.
Luxury Living Across Four Floors (There are 2 full sized refrigerators in the cabin - one in kitchen and one on the Pool Level just inside from the patio and gas grill.
With soaring ceilings and massive windows, the open-concept living area is designed for gathering. Five thoughtfully appointed bedrooms offer privacy and comfort:
• Bedroom 1-3: King suites with private ensuite bathrooms.
• Bedroom 4: Spacious King bed with shared bathroom access.
• Bedroom 5 (Loft): Perfect for kids, featuring two twin beds with twin trundles.
• Extra Space: A queen sofa bed in the living area ensures room for everyone.

Located in an area of outstanding natural beauty, you are perfectly positioned for both lake days and mountain excursions:
• On the Water: Access your private, seasonal dock and fire pit, use the provided floating mat, paddleboards and kayaks, or head to the community beach and fire pits for smores. The resort has also recently added a small petting zoo and a beautiful observation deck which is a great spot for photos:
• Explore the Smokies: You are just 30 minutes from Pigeon Forge and Dollywood, and 40 minutes from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and Gatlinburg.

Important Seasonal & Logistics Notes
👉Douglas Lake Levels: Please note that the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) draws down lake levels from mid-September to late April. During this "off-season," the dock is not usable and water access is extremely limited. However, the indoor pool and sauna make this a premier destination even in winter!
• Parking: There is space for 4 cars. We provide off-site storage for one trailer at a nearby facility (no trailer parking allowed on-site). The nearest boat launch is 8 miles away in Dandridge.
• Community Growth: This is a developing resort; you may notice construction on neighboring cabins during your stay.
Located in Sevierville, this vacation home is near theme parks and on the waterfront. Tanger Outlets is worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Wilderness at the Smokies and Soaky Mountain Waterpark. Traveling with kids? Consider Dollywood, or check out an event or a game at English Mountain Raceway. Jet skiing and kayaking offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking and ecotours nearby.
