We provide a starter pack that includes mini shampoo, mini soap, 1 roll of paper towels, 3 rolls of toilet paper, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods, 2 sets of kitchen linens, towels and bed linens. If you need additional supplies during your stay head to the local Market, Publix, or Kroger (< 15 minutes away).

Due to the nature of business, please be advised that amenities and furnishings may be different by the time of your arrival. Major changes will be reflected in the listing, but minor changes may not be. We thank you for your understanding.

POOL
Reservation includes seasonal access to Honeysuckle Meadows Pool, Pond, and Deli & Grill.
The pool is part of an RV resort and campground in Wears Valley (20 minutes from the cabin). The pass includes a fishing permit at the catch & release pond. Fishing poles and live bait are available for sale (based on availability).

Guest access the property via personal door code which will be provided on the day of check-in.

Parking for a total of three vehicles in the driveway.

Location
Located in a secluded, gated community, guests will enjoy wide, easy-access roads, proximity to the National Park as well as the convenience of being a short drive into town.

Walden's Retreat in the Woods is only 15 minutes away from the Parkway in Pigeon Forge.

To access the National Park, you can avoid the Parkway, by traveling via the "back way" through Wears Valley, located just minutes away.

NO treacherous mountain roads. To get to the cabin, you will drive through picturesque roads surrounded by farms and mountains. The property is located on the side of an inclined road and we recommend a 4 wheel drive vehicle in the winter season.

Other things to note
We are happy to welcome you to our home. We want you to feel at home and ask that you please be respectful:

- No parties, events or large gatherings. Only disclosed guests are allowed on the property.

- No smoking, vaping or burning of anything inside or outside the cabin.

- No pets.

- Minimum rental age is 25.

- Check-in after 4PM

-Guest must provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID and agree to house rules to receive the door code. Reservation will be canceled if these are not provided.

-The house is located in a luxurious gated mountain community. We love our neighbors and ask that you respect their privacy and right to peacefully enjoy their residences. Quiet hours 10:00pm - 8:00am.

-There is no daily housekeeping service. Cleaners only come between guests.

-Front entrance is monitored with security cameras that record when motion is detected. There are NO cameras on the decks or inside the house.

-We are unable to accommodate cancellations due to medical emergency, weather or other reasons outside of the agreed-upon cancellation policy. We recommend travel insurance for this purpose.

Located in Sevierville, this vacation home is in the city center and near theme parks. Island at Pigeon Forge and Old Mill are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Great Smoky Mountains National Park and The Ripken Experience - Pigeon Forge. Traveling with kids? Don't miss Titanic Museum and Dollywood. Take in the nearby slopes with cross-country skiing, snowboarding, and skiing, or check out other outdoor activities such as snowmobiling.
