Access includes a scenic drive up Bluff Mountain with winding roads and breathtaking views along the way. Utopia Way and all parking areas are paved for ease of access. During winter months, four-wheel drive may be recommended.

Located in Sevierville, this cottage is near theme parks and in the mountains. Titanic Museum and Hatfield and McCoy Dinner Show are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Wilderness at the Smokies and Ober Mountain. Dollywood's Splash Country and Dollywood are not to be missed. Rafting offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with horse riding and hiking/biking trails nearby.
