✲ NEIGHBORHOOD ✲
The cabin is located in the premier Black Bear Ridge resort community, just a few minutes from the amazing Pigeon Forge attractions. The deck area is private and the views are unobstructed, but the cabin is not secluded, and you may hear noise from neighbors in nearby cabins, particularly when you are outside.

✲ The cabin is in the woods so you will most likely see or hear critters.

✲ MOUNTAIN ROADS ✲
The neighborhood is in the Smoky Mountains, and a short segment of the road to the cabin is fairly steep. Please use caution, particularly when driving in winter conditions.

✲ HOT TUB ✲
You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or are pregnant. Use the hot tub at your own risk!
No sitting or standing on side of the hot tub or hot tub cover.

✲ No sitting or leaning on deck railings.

✲ BEARS ✲
It is common to see black bear in the area, though they don't frequently come near the cabin. If you do see a bear, keep your distance and don't keep any food outside.
Do not leave any trash outside of the bear safe trash receptacle.
Please lock doors before leaving on outings and lock your vehicles as well.

✲ LATE CHECKOUT OR EARLY CHECK-IN ✲
You have wisely chosen one of the most popular cabins in the area, which means we stay booked constantly and need as much time as possible to keep things clean and tidy for all our guests!
If a guest does not vacate the property by 10 am on their scheduled day of departure, there will be a fee of $50.00 administered for the first half hour and $100.00 for each subsequent half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.

While we love our pets, we will not be allowing any pets to join you during your stay. Please respect this policy. You will be charged $500 if you bring a pet.

Located in Sevierville, this cabin is near theme parks and near a water park. Titanic Museum and Hatfield and McCoy Dinner Show are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Wilderness at the Smokies and Ober Mountain. Check out an event or a game at The Ripken Experience - Pigeon Forge, and consider making time for Dollywood, a top attraction not to be missed. Kayaking and rafting offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with mountain climbing and hiking nearby.
