The apartment has 130 square meters and consists of: four bedrooms with four bathrooms, a living room, a dining room and a kitchen. Each bedroom has own private bathroom. In three bedrooms are king size beds (180x200cm) and in one bedroom is normal size bed (140x200cm). In the living room is sofa bed. We can add extra bed in one bedroom.
The apartment can accommodate up to 10 person.
The apartment has central heating, air condition, luxury cotton bedclothes and 2 towels per person, fully equipped kitchen complete with full size refrigerator and freezer, oven and cooking stoves, full set plates and cutlery. There is also a cable TV set and access to wireless internet. The apartment is located in the building on the second floor with an elevator. We cannot provide a parking place but in the neighborhood (50 m away)is public garage, 0,75€/hour.
It is situated in the city center, probably the best position in the city.
*Guest Access
Full access to apartment 24/7. The guests will get a key for the house.
Time for check in is from 2 PM to 8 PM Check-in after 8:00 PM is charged an additional €20.
Check-in after 10:00 PM is charged an additional €30.
Subject to availability, early check-in and late check-out are possible for an additional fee of 50% of the nightly rate.

*The Neighborhood
Our apartment is located in the epicenter of the Belgrade city - it is ideal for touring on foot.
In a circle no larger of 500 meters are located: the National Museum, the Military Museum, the Ethnographic Museum ... National Theatre, Atelje212 Theatre, BITEF Theatre, the Yugoslavian Drama Theatre ..., Knez Mihailo street, Nikola Pasic square, Student square ... Kalemegdan - medieval Belgrade Fortress is only 1000 meters away from the apartment . Across the street is well known musical theatre “Terazije” and 200m from apartment is a Serbian parliament.
*Getting Around
When you step out from the apartment you can find any kind of restaurant, cafes, bar, shops, markets, parks, galleries, pharmacies...
5 min by foot: there is the city bus station Zeleni venac (green wreath)- the first and last stop - the traffic from all over the city and towards the center of the city.
With the same name Zeleni venac and a across city bus stop, is green market place full with fresh fruits & vegetables, mushrooms, stores with fish & meet (fresh or frozen)
In the neighborhood is public garage (50m), 0,75€/hour.
From airport to apartment you have several solutions:
- There is a bus to catch. Drive time is about 40 to 50 minutes - depends on traffic. Drive to the last bus station at public square called Slavija. From there take a city bus and drive about 3 bus stations (10 to 15min more).
- Airport taxi - it's faster, you can pay it from 35 euro/one way, depends on taxi drivers .
*House rules
In our apartment you will feel right at home, so we expect our guests to respect the house rules and good neighborly relations, as well as at home. Loud talk or any kind of noise between 10pm and 8am are forbidden. If this rule is broken communal police arrives and guests will pay the fees.
*When you check in you will have to give us your passport details because according to our low we have to do residence registration for foreigners.

Located in Belgrade, this apartment is in the city center. Nikola Tesla Museum and Belgrade National Theater are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include The National Assembly and Vukova Zaduzbina. Cultural Centre of Belgrade and Centre Culturel Francise are also worth visiting. Take an opportunity to explore the area for outdoor excitement like cycling.
