This superb 400 m2 villa, new, completed in 2016 is located 2 km from the beach is surrounded by 25 ares of land with tropical and fruit trees.
Comfortable and fully equipped villa with European comfort, it will bring you the relaxation you want.
It is made up of 3 independent rooms of 20 to 40 m2 with private bathroom and wc, a double family room with bathroom and wc (turquoise rooms), a spacious living room and lounge of 80 m2 and guest WC, a covered terrace with lounge of 50 m2 overlooking the swimming pool, a swimming pool of 17m / 4m with deckchairs and parasols. A pool house overlooking the swimming pool. The villa has 2 kitchens: an interior (gas stove, fridge / freezer, percolator, microwave, ..) and an exterior. For convenience: a laundry room with washing machine and ironing board. A stockpile. The linen is provided.
The house is designed so that everyone can find their independence and tranquility.
It is only designed for holidays with friends and / or family. It does not allow parties of grouped villas.
The fatou (Néné) is included in the rental for up to 4 people: it will prepare good meals and take care of the maintenance of the house. Beyond 4 people, a second fatou will come to help Néné: This second fatou will be paid locally depending on the days worked. Nicolas, in addition to the security, takes care of the swimming pool, to arrange your deckchairs and parasols. He can, for those who wish, go get the bread in the morning and all that in all discretion.
The villa also has an inverter and battery to feel as little as possible power outages.
