A brand new house with all the necessary comforts for a peaceful holiday. It is located in Mbour - Saly, about 10 minutes from the beach, the nightclubs of the seaside resort and large supermarkets such as Auchan, Utile, Casino and Holidays Market. Large local banks are also nearby.
The house is equipped with all the necessary equipment and has air-conditioned rooms to guarantee you the comfort and tranquility you are looking for.
The house is equipped with a very nice swimming pool. There is also a permanent caretaker, a housekeeper and a gardener who takes care of the gardens.
The rooms are spacious, air conditioned and very clean.
The house is very spacious and offers a very large garden, rooms with balconies and lots of green space to relax.
There are two kitchens, one external and one corner for barbecues or grilling.
There is an additional garden at your disposal for more relaxation.

At your request, we can offer you local or western cuisine, grilling as well as guided tours across the coast and throughout the country. All this at unbeatable prices.
The house is equipped with a prepaid counter. On arrival you will have € 15 of electricity per week at your disposal. Which is enough to power the whole house. If you want to use the air conditioning more often, you can easily add more electricity at your expense.
Water is free.
Mbour is home to this vacation home. Saly Golf Club and Mbour Fishermen Village are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Somone Lagoon Reserve and Bandia Animal Reserve.
