This Lake House is located in a great recreation cove on Lake Hartwell. Martins Creek is one of the best waters for Water Skiing, Tubing, and Wake Boarding on Lake Hartwell. It's also known for many "sweet spots" for fishing. The house, the screened porch and the deck are close to the water. Great Lake Views and easy walk from the house to the EXTRA LARGE private dock.

- Just minutes away from Clemson University, downtown Clemson and offers great access to game day tailgating without traffic bottlenecks!
- Clemson Marina is only 3 miles away by car or 8-12 minutes by boat, which offers boat rental, boat launch, boat parking, gas pump and casual dining (when open).
- Abernathy park (boat parking) is about 15 minutes by boat and offers access to Clemson's Downtown and restaurants.
- Martins Creek Boat Ramp offers free boat launch and lake access which is 3-5 minutes by boat from our private boat dock.
- There are many restaurants, grocery stores and drug store in downtown Clemson (6-8 minutes from the house).
- There are some more restaurants and different stores in downtown Seneca (10-12 minutes from the house), including Walmart Super Center, Bi-Lo, Ingles, Publix, plus Home Depot, Lowe's, Staples, etc.

Located in Seneca, this vacation home is on the waterfront. Memorial Stadium is a notable landmark, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Lake Hartwell and Lake Keowee. Blue Ridge Arts Center and Brooks Center for the Performing Arts are also worth visiting. Jet skiing and kayaking offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling and ecotours nearby.
