Our home is conveniently located on Keowee School Road, a quick 8 minutes from downtown Seneca and only 18 minutes from Death Valley, home of the Clemson Tigers.
You are a 5 minute boat ride to Keowee Marina and their Tiki Hut. We are also a quick 10 minutes to Oconee Medical Center, Chick-Fil-A, Starbucks, Moe’s, Wal-Mart, Lowes, Staples, Publix, & Ingles, Planet Fitness, YMCA, & Dunkin Donuts.
We are also a short 45-50 minute drive to beautiful Highlands & Cashiers, NC.
Relax and play on our 26 X 30 custom covered dock with oversized swim platform situated in a wide quiet cove on very deep water with open views. So, bring your boat and water toys to tie up and enjoy! Two paddle boards, multiple floats, 5 oversized noodles, a ping pong table, and a shuffle board table come with the rental. A tailgating table and 4 folding chairs will be available during football season.

Our large wooded lot allows for easy parking of boat and jet ski trailers. Our downstairs level has a 2nd master, large additional bedroom with 2 queen beds, 2nd den/rec room for younger guests, and a new kitchenette. There are also 2 very comfortable cushioned gray folding chairs in the upstairs foyer closet for any additional seating needs.
