Bring your binoculars, kayak, paddle board, fishing gear, golf cart, bug repellent, shoes for uneven ground, and Keurig cups to enjoy the peace of nature with amenities! Before, after or instead of the game, come view the surprising wildlife from a private
& safe perch on the deck, venture out on the water in your boat from Holders Landing, 2.5 minutes (free DNR public boat ramp). Other public boat ramps, marinas are close by, on both Lake Hartwell and Lake Keowee. Lake Jocassee is 25 min drive.

3 bedrooms, 2 bath, upper enclosed/uncovered deck and lakeside covered patio; Sunrise views of Clemson experimental and Duke Power forests across this crystal-clear, upper Keowee River section of Lake Hartwell; 1.5 miles from Duke Power who controls the lake water level. There is no dock, however there is walk -down access for swimming/ boating at your own risk, fishing (bring your own tackle and rod), & Kayak-type access from the house. Holders Landing free boat ramp across the cove- launch your boat 2 minutes away.
Large flat grassy area w/ fire circle. Games/equipment: Horseshoes (set up per guests), corn hole( under lower levelqueen bed)some dvds and book selections, portable mini- ping pong, amateur telescope and binoculars, cards. Adult & Kids coloring supplies.

Located in Seneca, this vacation home is in the city center and on the waterfront. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Lake Keowee and Lake Hartwell. South Carolina Botanical Gardens and Ultimate Action Sports are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
