SPECIAL APRIL DISCOUNT! 2 bedroom 2.5 bath condo with a small loft located in the town of Seneca SC. Views of beautiful Lake Keowee from 2 balconies and a cozy screened-in porch. The unit has Wi-Fi, nice large outdoor swimming pool with grilling area and boat slip that can be made available. This small quiet complex is conveniently located in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains; only seven miles from Clemson University. Clemson is not just a quaint college town known for academics and sports; but also home of the John E. Walker Senior Championship Golf Course. We are a fifteen minute drive to numerous trails, scenic waterfalls and historic sites. Restaurants, grocery stores and Ram Cat Alley/downtown Seneca are literary minutes away. The Keowee Marina is five minutes down the road where you can rent a boat or grab a bite at Keowee Shores Cantina. Keowee is one of the prettiest lakes in the Southeast with over 300 miles of pristine shoreline. To enjoy a longer stay our rates are significantly discounted. When making a reservation please indicate if you will also be needing a boat slip. No pets. But in case someone has an allergy; our short haired dog joins us at the lake.
Located in Seneca, this condo is on the waterfront. Memorial Stadium is a notable landmark, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Lake Keowee and Lake Hartwell. Looking to enjoy an event or a game while in town? See what's happening at Littlejohn Coliseum or Sloan Tennis Center. Jet skiing and kayaking offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with mountain climbing and hiking nearby.
