The space
This home is a sprawling single story ranch featuring 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The property was recently renovated inside and out and furnished with all new furnishings. The house is a 6 minute drive to the nearest beach access (Indian Shores), 30 from Downtown St. Pete, and 45 minutes to Downtown Tampa. Everything you need is within a 10-15 minute drive of the home, including beaches and boat launches, a wide variety of restaurants, coffee shops, grocery and liquor stores, pharmacies, parks, fitness studios, movie theaters, shopping, hospitals, and more.

Outdoors:

The star of the show for this house (aside from the location) is the outdoor space. Inside the comfort of a large screened in area (great for keeping out those pesky mosquitoes), you'll find all sorts of fun activities and entertainment options.

The spacious pool is surrounded by turf that creates a cozy environment. Multiple pool lounge chairs offer the option of basking in the sun or getting comfortable in the shade if you prefer. Additional outdoor seating is also available. The covered areas feature multiple fans to take the edge off of the Florida heat.

This property offers a slew of outdoor games and activities that we fondly refer to as the Poolside Olympics. Get in touch with your competitive side and become the champion of your group. Outdoor Games include:
- Mini Golf Chipping and Putting Area
- Darts
- Cornhole
- Giant Jenga
- Giant Connect 4

Under the covered patio, there is an oversized outdoor dining area that can easily seat 10+. A pass through window from the kitchen makes serving easy. A TV can also be found in this area so you can catch up on your favorite show or catch the big game.

Outside the screened area, there is an oversized sandbox for outdoor play, an outdoor shower to rinse off after a long day on the beach or in the sandbox, and a fun golf area with a David Pelz Greenmaker Putting Green.

We also provide some beach essentials for your convenience, such as pool/beach towels, beach chairs, beach cart, and beach umbrella.

Inside the Home:

The home features two separate living spaces with plenty of seating in each. This is a perfect setup if your party has different interests in entertainment and activities. Both living spaces feature Smart TVs where you can access all of your favorite streaming services and one also features an Xbox Series X for anyone who loves games.

The kitchen is truly stunning and has ample space for multiple cooks to collaborate on a meal. High end appliances make cooking and clean up that much more enjoyable. The kitchen is stocked with ample dishes and utensils for large parties. The coffee and tea station is a great place to start your day where you can make potted coffee or Nespresso pods or easily boil water for your favorite tea.

For more casual meals, there is seating for four at the kitchen island. If you prefer a more formal dining experience, the dining room adjacent to the kitchen has seating for 8.

On the left side of the home, you will first pass by the spacious laundry room with new high capacity washer and dryer and a laundry sink. Next, you will find the primary suite with en suite bath. This room features a king bed with a comfy mattress and cozy linens. Blackout shades and curtains help you achieve a more restful sleep regardless of the time of day. The en suite bathroom has a "Wet Room" where there is a luxurious freestanding tub inside the shower area, perfect for unwinding and maximizing the relaxation of your vacation.

Just off the primary suite is a flex room that makes a perfect place to set up a pack-n-play (available upon request).

At the rear of the house you will find the pool bath that can be accessed from the inside or from the pool deck.

Three additional bedrooms and another full bath can be found on the right side of the home. The front bedroom features two cozy full beds. The center bedroom features a comfortable queen bed. The rear bedroom features a spacious king bed and a quaint seating area, perfect to curl up and read your favorite book.
Guest access
You'll have access to the entire property with the exception of the one closet that we use to store supplies and personal items.
Other things to note
The property is located in a residential neighborhood. We have a good relationship with all of our immediate neighbors and kindly request your assistance in keeping it that way. Please, no parties and keep noise to a minimum after the local quite hours starting at 10pm. If you don't feel that you can be respectful of this, please find another listing that may better suit your needs.

This property does have audio/video recording and monitoring devices on the exterior of the property, including the pool area, for insurance and liability purposes. These are not actively monitored unless a situation arises that would require review of an incident. There are also audio sensors on the property that detect excessive noise levels during quiet hours. These do not record or transmit audio, they only detect if excessive noise levels are present.
