Its modern look and never-ending list of amenities only work to supplement the true charm of this suburban paradise. Spacious, fenced-in backyard with beautifully painted mural by local artist, outside seating, grill (propane not included), fire pit, private sauna, and (optionally heated) saltwater pool. Pool is seasonally heated between October 1st- May 1st. The home is located 10 minutes from the award winning Madeira Beach. Beach umbrella, chairs, and towels provided. Conveniently located within 4 minutes to Seminole City Center. Great for couples, solo adventurers, and families.
