Pet`s allowed up to 2 dogs, others please inquire. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. Additional fee may apply if excessive cleaning is required for furniture or bed linens or from dog hair/smells, etc. Pets should not be left alone, unless kenneled

Kids room: Designed specifically for kids with a full bed and twin bed configured as bunk beds. Smart TV.

Full open kitchen, reading room, dining room and porches off the front and back of the home with plenty of outdoor seating for fresh air. Kitchen has all appliances including dishwasher and kcup coffee maker and toaster.

Living room contains 65 inch TV mounted above a fully controllable gas fireplace and extremely comfy and stylish starfish chairs as well as a pullout couch with a queen sleeper bed for additional guests.

Reading room also has a queen pull out couch for additional guests or kids.

Game room contains 12-in-1 pinball gaming, and 500+ arcade games as well as LED lighting and access to the back patio.

The enclosed private back patio has outdoor shower and private hot tub with outdoor fan and separate lighting.

One garage space is available with a 48kw car charger for your electric or plug in hybrid vehicle. Also a ping pong table is available for competitive play.

Closet storage contains a pack and play, highchair, beach toys, several umbrellas and chairs for your use. Beach towels and linens included for your stay.

Entire residence is available for your use.

No Smoking for Vaping on the property.

We do allow up to two dogs but please let us know when you are bringing a pet. Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture and must be crated when left alone in the house. You might be charged an extra cleaning fee if there is extra cleaning needed due to pet hair and/or pet damages.

No parties or events are allowed on the property.

If you are having any additional guests over, please supervise them. People do not always treat a house as well as you would. You are of course still responsible for their actions.

Also please let us know if people not on the reservation will be visiting, everyone staying in the home needs to be on the reservation.

There is a strict noise ordinance in Selbyville/Fenwick Island that is from 10pm to 8am every day. This includes loud and disruptive noises inside and outside the home.

There is a large trash receptacle and a large recycling receptacle in the garage. There are a trash and recycling smaller receptacles in the kitchen under the counter next to the sink. A few extra trash bags have been provided for you. When removing trash from kitchen to the larger receptacles in garage, please BAG the trash items, but DO NOT BAG the recycling items.

TRASH AND RECYCLING: If you are staying in the house over a Monday evening put out the 2 large trash receptacles that are in the garage taking them to the end of the driveway for pickup Put the bins out Monday evening as the pickup is usually very early Tuesday morning. Every other week is recycling pickup, so Put out the recycling bins on Monday evening also, but do not bring them in until Wednesday evening as that is the recycling pickup day. We will remind you if it is recycling week. This is important if a trash day is missed we may have to charge you a fee for trash removal.

There is a first aid kit in the kitchen in the cabinet next to the refrigerator (on the right side) to be used in an emergency. Likewise there is a fire extinguisher under the sink in the kitchen and upstairs in the linen closet to be used in a fire emergency. Call 911 immediately in case of fire.

Please help yourself to the snacks on the counter and the bottled water in the refrigerator.

Several items of Toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, tissues, coffee Kpods, loose coffee, and tea bags have been provided for you. If you need more of these items during your stay, please purchase on your own.

Clean towels are in the linen closet upstairs on the bedroom level.

In the summertime, Please be aware, Grass Cutting is done outside every Tuesday or Wednesday sometime during the day by our landscape contractor.

Please leave the outside driveway and porch lights `ON` at all times for safety

Hot tub:

You should not set the hot tub to a temperature greater than 102 degrees Fahrenheit. Doing so can cause medical issues. An average safe and comfortable temperature is 98 to 100 degrees Fahrenheit.

Remember never to stay in the hot tub for a long period of time. Over 15 minutes is not recommended and can be dangerous.

In-between uses please place the cover back on the hot tub. Debris may get into the hot tub if you do not do so.

After you are done using the hot tub place the cover back on the hot tub.

Please do not place drinks on or in the hot tub. A shelf has been provided along with a bench and hooks for your towels and clothing.

A portable LED lamp is in the game room if you wish to utilize it in the hot tub room at night. Please place it back inside when you are finished using it.

Very Important to keep the House Clean: Outdoor Shower:
In the late spring and summer, Please use the outdoor shower to rinse off sand when returning from the beach which is located next to the hot tub on the first level of the house!
in addition.....Please use the outdoor shower next to the Hot tub to rinse off before using the Hot Tub to maintain cleanliness in the hot tub. (So the pipes will not freeze, the outdoor shower is turned off in the winter months)

Garage:
To access the garage, you will need to go in through the front door open the garage door to the right and push the lower garage button to open the right hand garage door. You can park and charge your car from inside the garage. Please make sure you close the garage to prevent unauthorized access to the property. There is also a ping pong table located in the garage. Paddles and balls are provided inside in the game room area if you wish to play. Enjoy! The car charger is a Chargepoint 48KW level 2, J1772 connector. This charges most EV vehicles. Tesla vehicles will need an adapter to connect to this type of charger which is not provided. The charger will charge most any vehicle to full overnight. If you have any questions regarding electric vehicle charging, please let us know.

Game Room:
To turn on the 500+ table top arcade system you will need to flip a switch on the side of the machine towards the floor. A label points to the right direction. Hold the player 1 button to access the menu from any game. The pinball instructions should be self explanatory. Let us know if you have any questions. You can use the provided white remote control to adjust the temperature in the game room. Keep in mind this remote is in Celsius, we are sorry for the inconvenience. the other remote controls the color of the LED gaming table, and you can also adjust the color on the gaming light by operating the controls on the standing light itself. Enjoy yourself! Just to the right of the hot tub door is a closet containing various beach supplies you are welcome to use.

TV Controls:
Each room has a Samsung smart tv with most major streaming applications installed for your use. remember to log out of these apps when you check out! We cannot guarantee that someone won`t be able to use your accounts otherwise. To mute the TV press the volume button. To adjust the volume up and down hold the volume button and push upwards or downwards. If you encounter any issues, please contact us.

Curtains:
The living room and master bedroom sliders have a curtain system that allows both light and light blocking privacy settings. Please be careful to twist the open/close wand control first before opening and closing to prevent damaging the curtains. Instructions are near each slider curtain on the table nearby.

Dog/Owner responsibilities: Two Dogs are welcome but please inform us before check in what types/sizes you have. Please clean up any droppings etc. Walk your dog on a leash at all times. Please crate your dog if left alone in the home. Pets are NOT ALLOWED on beds or on furniture. Be advised An additional pet cleaning fee will be charged if the furniture needs to be cleaned from pet use.

Located in Edgewater Acres, a neighborhood in Selbyville, this vacation home is near a water park and on the waterfront.
