Tenant Responsibilities to avoid Excessive Cleaning Charges:
- Clean all dishes and put them away to avoid Excessive Cleaning Charges.
- Put blankets, pillows and comforters back on the beds
- Take all trash to the community dumpsters
Activities include a Jack Nicholas World Class Golf Course, Professional Tennis Courts, Nature Trails, Bike Trails, Large Swimming Pool with Kids Pool / Splash Park Area, and much more!!!!

Bicycles - ALL bike riders must wear a helmet, you must bring your own helmet (and air pump for tires). You are welcome to use our families bicycles that are there at your own risk. When renting this unit, you are accepting all risk and liability if you choose to use our bicycles instead of bringing your own. Again, in DE helmets must be worn or you are subject to getting fined. YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN HELMETS. Also a good idea to bring an air pump for the tires in case they get low. Enjoy!
