The main living room features a wood-burning fireplace, chandeliers, and dramatic Palladian windows that fill the space with natural light. A second living room with a 65-inch Smart TV and built-in shelving offers a cozy spot for movie nights, while a dedicated workspace with an arched window provides a quiet place to work remotely, if needed.

KITCHEN & DINING
The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped for group meals, with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a large island with seating, and plenty of space for cooking, serving, and gathering. A second kitchenette on the lower level keeps snacks and drinks close to the game room and downstairs amenities.

Private creek access is just steps from the house. Please note that the creek area is “nature-scaped,” offering a more rugged, peaceful experience. It’s a beautiful place to wade, cool off, or simply listen to the water.

Sunstone Stillhouse offers space for both restoration and play. The private gym includes a cable machine, dumbbells, and yoga mats, while the cedar-lined zen room offers a quiet setting for meditation.

For group fun, the lower-level game room includes a pool table, foosball, poker table, and lounge seating. Outside, guests can enjoy the kids’ playground, cornhole boards, and wide-open space across the 2-acre estate.

You’ll have central A/C, high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, EV charger, full laundry room with washer/dryer, and self check-in for an easy arrival. A digital guidebook with property details, local tips, and house instructions will be sent before your stay.

PETS WELCOME
We are happy to accommodate up to 2 dogs, 50 lbs each for an additional fee. Please disclose pets upfront during your booking.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire 2-acre estate, including the main house, 1-bedroom casita, and all indoor outdoor spaces. This includes the private creek access, pool, sauna, and all other listed amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
We prioritize your privacy and comfort. Our team is available via the booking platform or phone if you need anything during your stay, but we will not be on the property. The home is equipped with self check-in, allowing you to start your vacation seamlessly and without interruption.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE
*The pool is available from March 1st through November 30th and may be heated during your stay for an additional fee of $120/night. Please arrange in advance. Pool temperature may vary depending on outside conditions.

*The sauna and cold plunge are available year-round, at no additional charge.

*A one-time $200 pet fee applies per pet, indicated upon booking.

*A non-refundable $69 damage waiver is required per stay and charged separately after booking. This replaces a traditional security deposit and covers minor accidental damage.

*Early check-in / late check-out may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability. Please submit requests at least 24 hours in advance.
