Hot tub & pool:

Supervision: Children under the age of 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times in and around the hot tub and pool area. Please be mindful of other guests and neighbors. Keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during later hours.

Health Considerations: Pregnant women, individuals with heart conditions, and those under the influence of alcohol or drugs are advised to consult with a healthcare professional before using the hot tub.

Shower Before Use: Please shower before entering the hot tub and or pool to remove any oils, lotions, or sunscreen. This helps keep the water clean and extends the life of the hot tub & pool.

No Glassware: For safety reasons, no glassware is allowed in or around the hot tub or pool area. Please use provided plastic or non-breakable containers.

Liability: Neither Property Management Company nor Owner will be liable should any injury or accident occur. By using the hot tub and pool, you agree to abide by these guidelines as well as those posted rules in this listing. If you're traveling with children, it is your responsibility to monitor and ensure the safety and activity in and around the hot tub & pool at all times while children are present.

Pool can be heated during your stay with us for a fee (please inquire). The pool does take roughly 18 hours to heat so please let us know in advance if you'd like to utilize it during your stay.

POOL HEATING: If you're staying as our guest and would like the pool heated during your stay then we will assess the following fee to heat the pool:

$200/night to heat the pool.

We will also need to know that you would like the pool heated a minimum of 3 days prior to your arrival.
