Unwind in the cozy living area with a plush sectional, flat-screen TV, and a magnificent gas fireplace. The fully equipped chef's kitchen features a farmhouse sink, prep sink, stainless steel appliances, and generous counter space, while the dining table seats 8 for memorable meals together.
The primary bedroom offers a relaxing retreat with its warm ambiance and en suite bath with a walk-in shower and dual vanity sinks.
Two additional bedrooms echo the home’s rustic charm and open to the backyard through French doors.
Step outside to an expansive backyard oasis. Here you’ll find a brand-new hot tub, fire pit, gas BBQ, and sport court with bocce ball and cornhole. The highlight of the space is the 50-year-old ivy canopy, draped gracefully over the patio and often home to robin and hummingbird nests. It’s the perfect backdrop for al fresco dining at the barrel tables or stargazing under Sedona’s famous skies.
The detached casita adds flexibility and fun — equipped with a pool table, TV, full kitchen, bathroom, and a Copenhagen king-size sofa bed. A garage-style door opens the space to the backyard for easy indoor-outdoor living.
