Nicely remodeled and spacious two story cottage just steps away from a nice shared, sandy beach on Sebago Lake and use of a dock for loading and uloading- mooring nearby. Five bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a large livingroom with fireplace plus a huge enclosed porch with ample seating and lake views. Large deck on rear of house. Walking distance to local convenience store. The property also comes with kayaks, paddleboards, and beach chairs DOG CONSIDERED WITH $125 PET FEE
Waterfront/Lot Description: One cottage away from shared, sandy beach. Cottage has a nice level rear yard with a firepit. Dock: No. Mooring: Yes.
Bedrooms: Five all on second floor. 2 w/queens, 2 w/doubles, 1 w/3 twins-one with trundle. Linens and Towels not provided. (AVAILABLE TO RENT AT OUR JORDAN RENTALS OFFICE)
