This beautiful 3 bedroom , 2 bath and family room home sits on 45 acres.
A quick drive, 15 minutes to Sebago lake marina and beach. Tranquil Peabody Pond with boat ramp is 5 minutes away. Shawnee Peak for winter sports is 20 minutes away. Bridgton Center and Portland are also near.
The living, dining area and kitchen are open concept with lovely wood walls and tiled floors. Dining opens to slider to backyard with a tent gazebo and fire pit. 3 Kayaks and fishing rods to use too.
The home has custom granite and tiled bathrooms. Master bedroom with lovely custom wooden cathedral ceiling and skylight to watch the stars at night. Two bedrooms each with bunk beds and pull out sofa beds easily sleeps 3. Upstairs bathroom has a jetted tub/shower. Family room with en suite bathroom with a custom built enclosed spa shower . It also has a pull out full size sofa, 60 inch Smart TV and cable and WiFi. Laundry room with washer/ Dryer, drying rack and iron/ board.
Located in Sebago, this vacation home is in a rural area and on a lake. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Sebago Lake and Saco River. Narramissic Historic Farm and Steamboat Landing Mini Golf are also worth visiting. Take in the nearby slopes with cross-country skiing and snowboarding, or check out other outdoor activities such as snowmobiling and sledding.
