- We have one dedicated parking spot on driveway for a large SUV. The garage is not accessible as it is used as a storage space for cleaning supplies. Free street parking is available for additional vehicles.

- There is AC on both the first floor and second floor, there is no AC in basement as it is cooled by downdraft.

- You will need to climb stairs - there are 2 flights of stairs and 3 stories.

- There are security cameras at the perimeter of house and backyard. There are no cameras inside the house.

- Please take shoes off at the entrance.
