Room for all in this 5 bedroom 1906 Victorian. Sweeping Elliot Bay views from the King Bed Master. Tranquil setting on a secluded lot on a walk street. Wake up to the birds and the bay!

There are 3 bedrooms upstairs including the King view master, the large bedroom (2 queens and a twin over full bunk, and a compact room with another full over twin bunk - bunks are best suited for children.

In the newly refinished basement (2022) there are 2 queen bedrooms, separated by a sitting area with a 55 TV and a proper red sofa! 1 full bathroom w/tub.

We have recently upgraded the new and tasteful modern furnishings. Classics with a dash of personality. We've kept things comfortable, and simple, because who wants the clutter of others when they are traveling.

The master is quite spacious with a King bed, and 2 chairs in a sitting area, which open to a balcony.

The second bedroom is spacious, with 2 queen beds, and a twin over full bunk bed, and a generously sized closet.

The third bedroom is compact, and fits a twin over full bunk bed, but not much other furniture. Use the twin bunk for children, or to store items on.

Dining table seats 8, counter seats at least 2.

I am always available by text, e-mail, phone and live in the neighborhood if you need me to come by. otherwise, i won't disturb you during your trip.

The house is set on a tree-lined street at the edge of Kerry Park and the Queen Anne Greenbelt. It's equal distance to Queen Anne Avenue and Lower Queen Anne for a wide variety of restaurants, bars, boutiques, and cafes. The western slope of Queen Anne is pure Seattle charm, with a mix of stately classic homes, along with some of the most scenic view parks in city. Watch the ships and ferries in the Sound! Climb the Wilcox stairs.
