Our beautiful house offer 2,830 sq. ft. of thoughtfully designed space perfect for up to 12 guests. This stunning home boasts 4 spacious bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bath for ultimate privacy, plus a convenient first-floor in-law suite ideal for families or groups. Step inside to find elegant hardwood floors, an open layout bathed in natural light from oversized windows, and a beautifully appointed chef’s kitchen complete with quartz countertops, upgraded cabinetry, a double refrigerator, and premium stainless steel appliances. The inviting living area is perfect for both relaxation and entertainment, featuring a cozy seating area, a foosball table for family fun, and a dedicated workspace for those needing a quiet corner. Whether you’re enjoying a meal at the countertop bar, cooking up a feast, or simply unwinding, this home’s blend of style and comfort ensures an unforgettable Seattle stay.

First Floor (Entry):

– The in-law suite is a private, cozy retreat with a convenient kitchenette featuring a sink and microwave. Thoughtfully furnished with two queen-size beds and a full bathroom, this space offers comfort and privacy.

Second Floor (Main Floor):

– A chef’s dream kitchen awaits, equipped with upgraded cabinetry, quartz countertops, high-end stainless steel appliances, two refrigerators, and a spacious island.

– The inviting living area is perfect for relaxing on the plush couch, enjoying family fun around the foosball table, or getting work done in the quiet dedicated workspace. Watch your favorite shows on the impressive 60-inch TV, or step onto the balcony for a breath of fresh air.

Third Floor:

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire house (including the garage) with private entrance. For security purposes, a garage door remote will not be provided. Guests can operate the garage door using the wall-mounted control inside the garage.

***Total Allowed No. of Guests***
The regular nightly rate covers up to 12 guests. All reservations must accurately reflect the number of people staying in the home, and only the listed guests are permitted to stay overnight. If needed, we may be able to accommodate 1-2 additional guests with an extra mattress upon request.

***Important Parking Rules***
Guests must park only in our two-car garage. Please DO NOT park on the driveway in front of our property or along the neighbor's driveway, as this will block their entrance and exit. Any parking violations may result in towing. Free Off Street Parking is a couple of blocks away.

*** Quiet hours: 10pm - 7am daily****
Please note that the city of Seattle has a noise ordinance that goes into effect at 10pm and does not end until 7am. Please be respectful of our neighbors and neighborhood by adhering to this ordinance.

*** Please note that as mentioned in our house rules, PARTIES and EVENTS are strictly not allowed. Where parties/events are found, unexpected cleaning costs and $500 fine will be charged
