This lovely home boasts a bedroom on the first floor, featuring a queen bed. Additionally, there are two bedrooms located on the third floor. The master bedroom offers a king bed, a walk-in closet, and a high ceiling. It also has an en-suite bathroom with a vanity mirror and a bathtub. The second bedroom on the third floor features a bunk bed, perfect for young ones. Another bathroom with a toilet is conveniently located on this floor, and a pack & play is available in the bathroom closet.

Only 1.6 miles away from the stadium, about an 8-minute drive to the stadium district, home to Lumen Field and T-Mobile Park—perfect for catching games, concerts, and major events with quick and easy access.
Our home is also conveniently located near downtown Seattle, offering easy access to some of the city’s most popular destinations. You can take Bus #2 west with a short walk to reach Pike Place Market and the Seattle waterfront, or head east to Madrona Beach for beautiful views of Lake Washington.
Within just a few minutes’ walk, you’ll also find a variety of local restaurants and shops, making it easy to explore and enjoy the neighborhood’s dining and retail options.
Other Things to Note:

1- Street parking can be challenging depending on the time of day.

2- No Central AC but we provided 2 portable ACs.

Located in Seattle, this vacation home is in the city center. Pike Place Market and Space Needle are notable landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Lake Washington and Lake Union. Seattle Aquarium and Woodland Park Zoo are not to be missed.
